One of the best advantages of being a small company is our ability to respond quickly to our customers' needs. Unlike larger corporations with layers of bureaucracy, we can pivot and respond to feedback almost immediately. Recently, a customers asked us if we could come up with a new way to deploy ProCleanSorb.

Introducing the Procleansorb Spreader

We love a challenge and that's how we came up with an innovative solution: the Procleansorb Spreader. Specifically designed to make deploying Procleansorb easier and more efficient, we sent it out for trial run with our customer — completely free of charge. This was their feedback:

"The guys trialled (the spreader) on the A40 the other day and were very impressed with it. Saves a lot of bending down and prevents it (ProCleanSorb) blowing around in the wind, so I think going forward it will be our go to way of deploying the product."

Why Customer Feedback Matters

Response to customer feedback is crucial for any business, but especially for smaller companies. It allows us to build stronger relationships, improve our products, and create something that genuinely meets the needs of users. The ProCleanSorb Spreader is just one example of how customer input helps us innovate and grow. We look forward to more collaborations and exciting products in the future.
